About
SaVi is for owners who travel internationally with their pets, regularly.
It is, in the strictest sense, a small audience.
Most pets remain in the household where they were adopted, in the country in which they were born. The animals SaVi serves do not. They cross borders by aircraft and yacht. They arrive with paperwork the destination's customs authority expects in a particular format, signed by particular hands, within particular windows of validity. Get one item wrong and the animal does not travel.
The work the product does is precise, time-sensitive, and unforgiving. The country-rules engine resolves the requirements, dated and source-cited. The OCR captures the records. The Gold concierge delivers the paperwork to the government veterinarian's endorsement office and returns it endorsed. The annual hardcover passport, mailed once each year, sits alongside its owner's own passport.
The premise is that a small portion of pet owners deserve a tool that handles this competently — and that the rest of the work, the journey itself, can then be everything else.
