No warranty on country requirements

SaVi cites official sources for every country requirement and re-verifies every 90 days. Government rules change. Always confirm with the destination's animal-health authority before traveling. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the most recent 12 months.

Vet sign-off scope

Gold-tier vet review is record review only — not telemedicine, not diagnosis, not a substitute for an in-person veterinary exam.

Account terms

• You must be 18+ to use SaVi.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
• Refunds within 14 days of initial purchase, full refund. After 14 days, prorated.
• Lost physical passports: $35 replacement fee.

Acceptable use

Don't upload other people's records. Don't try to verify other people's licenses. Don't use SaVi to coordinate the import or export of animals in violation of CITES or any country's law.
